Bedroom and private ensuite.
The room has a brand new double bed and mattress, wardrobe and bedside table. Large window that keeps the room bright and lets in the morning sun. Blackout blind fitted to keep that out if you prefer. You will have your own private bathroom which has a wet-room shower, toilet and sink.

The House
I live on the first floor flat and we would share the kitchen and living room with a TV, high speed BT broadband. Flat has washing machine and dishwasher and is fully furnished through living area and kitchen.

Transport
6 min walk to Streatham Hill station with trains to both Victoria (passing through Clapham Junction) and London Bridge. Multiple buses to Clapham and Brixton outside the station on the high street.

12 min walk to Tulse Hilll station that has Thameslink service. Trains to London Bridge and Croydon.

30 min walk to Balham tube station on Northern Line or 10 min cycle

The Area
The house is on a quiet street without any through traffic. There is a small park 1 minute walk away with tennis and basketball courts. Brockwell park and Tooting Bec are approx 15 min walks in either direction.

Bills
All bills included in rent, including broadband and council tax.
