Looking for 1 person to fill my room as I’m moving out in July. Flat is a good size, fully furnished, with a massive garden. Just at the top of Brixton hill so 15 min walk to Streatham Hill station, 10 minute bus into Brixton or Clapham South. New housemate requirements pretty minimal but looking for someone laid back, quiet throughout the week, keeps the flat clean and tidy etc etc & flat would be shared with 2 other housemates, Joe & Nick.
