I am looking to rent out the spare room in my flat to a professional who ideally works more in the office/at work vs. at home. Someone who is happy to do their own thing and then sometimes have dinner together etc.

The flat is a 2 bedroom flat with sitting room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and 2 rooms. The room has a King Size bed and there is a built in cupboard. The flat is on the third floor with a small lift.

The rent is £925 per calendar month and all bills are included as well as general amenities, e. g. laundry powder, fairy liquid, cleaning products, etc. The room is available now and the notice would be 1 month for you or me.

The flat is in Streatham Hill and is a 5 min walk to Tooting Common. Streatham Hill has buses to Brixton (15-20mins), Balham (10mins) and Tooting (20mins) which stop outside the building or it's a 5-7 minute walk to the train station where you can quickly get to Clapham Junction, Victoria or London Bridge. It's also a quick bus (or 20min walk) to Streatham Station which goes to Blackfriars..

There is a Lidl, Sainsburys and Tesco within a 5min walking distance. There are also lots of restaurants, cafes, gyms in the local area - I love it.
