Generous-sized double room with and en-suite facilities on 2nd (top) floor of terraced Victorian house very near Streatham Hill station - trains to Victoria in under 20 mins. Also short bus ride to Brixton for Victoria Line.

Loads of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants on High Road, plus easy access to Balham, Clapham, Dulwich etc. Streatham and Tooting Commons and Brockwell Park are all close by for walking, running, cycling, etc.

House is owned/occupied by gay male couple. Both are out at work Monday-Wednesday and WFH Thurs and Friday. There is also one cat in residence.

The kitchen is shared and all bills, council tax, broadband and fortnightly cleaner are included. Would suit a working professional or mature student looking for a convenient base for college/uni. Particularly ideal for someone from out-of-town looking for a Sun-Thurs London base. Gender and orientation irrelevant, but quiet and self-contained a must. Would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home on a regular basis (occasional and ad hoc are fine by prior arrangement.)
