Furnished double room in spacious 4 bedroom house, a 5 minute walk from Streatham Hill station, 20 minute walk from Balham and a 15 minute bus from Brixton (Victoria line) and overground station.

The house has a lovely open plan kitchen and a shared lounge / dining room that opens on to a good sized garden. There’s a dining room table that can be used to work from home.

The house is situated on a quiet residential road close to a number of cafes, restaurants and shops (Sainsbury’s, M&S, Co-Op).

We’re a house of three females, 2 from Northern Ireland, 1 from England. We work in PR, football and events and love all the usual things London has to offer - festivals, music, good food! We're looking for a fourth housemate who enjoys a night out, as well as a quiet one in, house meals and a blush rose on the sofa.

We are preferably looking for female working professionals as potential housemates, minimum 1 year stay, looking to move in by 1st May May. Rent is roughly £650 per month, including bills (these can fluctuate but around £120).
