Large double room in quiet professional house

Hi there!
I’m looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to move into my newly renovated 3 bed. You will be sharing with me, female 35 (third bedroom is spare).

I work in the office 3-4 days per week and away at least once or twice a month on the weekend. During the week I'll be gyming, the odd evening out and some trashy TV. On the weekend I'll likely be pottering around or out meeting friends.

I'd prefer a short term let between 3 to 6 months but I’m flexible so let’s discuss!

The house is airy, light and has everything you could want including a sun trap of a garden.
I do have a cat Luna, she is a cuddle monster and is non negotiable.
Parking on the road is free and all bills are included.
Storage in the house is generous, you’ll have a huge wardrobe and the loft.
Local area is super handy, all the high street stores, a brickwood coffee shop, odeon cinema, gyms and buses to Balham, tooting, Brixton and trains to St Pancras, Farringdon and Victoria.

Would suit someone who works a mix from home and the office. Not a party house. :)
