Hello! We have a room double bedroom available from 28th Jan 2026 until the 6th of May 2026 (roughly 3 months) so we're looking for a short-term housemate. You'll join Guy (28) and Molly (28) who are living at the flat.
The room is a double with a fitted wardrobe. The room is currently an office but in the photo you can see it fits a double bed. You can choose whether to have the bed and mattress in or for it to be unfurnished. The white drawer unit will be in there. The room shares the main bathroom with Molly as Guy has his own en-suite.
The flat is a lovely 3 bed on the lower ground floor with a huge private garden. There is a BBQ for those warmer nights! The flat is fully furnished and comes with Amazon Prime, Netflix, Apple TV, superfast Wifi. There's also a desk in the living room. Ideally looking for people who are WFH now and then, not full time. The rent includes a cleaner too.
The location is off Becmead Avenue which is a beautiful leafy street. Super quiet at night. At one end is Tooting Common (5min walk) and the other is Streatham High Street (1min walk). The high street has everything from Blackbird bakery for banging coffee, to a Sainsburys, Lidl, Poundland, Pure Gym etc. There's also a Virgin gym opposite the flat.
Travel is good as you can get to Brixton by bus in 10mins. Balham or Tooting are also 10/15mins on the right bus. There's 3 train stations within walking distance in Streatham which get you to Victoria (18mins), London Bridge (23mins), Clapham Junction (10mins), Farringdon (26mins), St Pancras (30mins) and loads more.
Guy and Molly are social. They both have city jobs. There's often chilling done on the massive sofa whilst watching a series or some sport. Guy works at the office 5 days a week, and Molly does 3/4 days a week.
