Large double room in Friendly Streatham Hill flat

Hi all,

My partner and I are moving out and are looking for another couple to fill our large double room in our lovely shared flat.

About the room/flat....

First off, the location couldn't be more convenient. Our flat is a hop, skip, and a jump away from Streatham Hill overground station, with Brixton just a short bus ride away. Plus, we're surrounded by some great pubs and supermarkets, all within a five-minute stroll.
The room comes furnished with the bed, mattress, and large built in wardrobes. There is also storage in a large loft and a desk if needed.

Shared areas are a large spacious open-plan living room and a comfortable sized kitchen.

Rent is £1050pm plus around £75 for all bills per person. Bills cover gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband.
£1211.50 deposit.

Now, let's talk about the most important part - who you'll be living with. Lillie and Adam, a couple of Kiwi’s who are still new to London and eager to get out and explore the city. Whether you're up for a chat or prefer your own space, they’re easygoing and respectful. We like to keep a clean and tidy flat, and have flat dinners and hang out when possible.
