Large Ensuite

Large Ensuite is available from end of June.

A beautiful 4 bedrooms house over 3 level with 4 toilets, 3 bathrooms and a massive garden!

The house is situated in a quiet road, only 5-10 minutes away from Streatham high street, Streatham hill station, all the bus stops and 15 minutes by walk to Streatham common. Brixton tube station is about 15 minutes away by bus.

The house is very spacious, really bright, full of plants!
There is also a front garden with two parking spaces available.
Kitchen is separated from living room and well equipped with microwave, oven, big fridge and freezer.
Living Room is very spacious, wooden floors, french windows that open to the garden
Extra toilet on the ground floor for guests
Large garden surrounded by 4 massive trees, with private entrance for bikes, plenty of space for any kind of gardening!
Shed used to keep bikes and gardening tools.

Unfortunately one flatmates is moving out and we are looking for someone enthusiastic, friendly, respectful and clean who would like the house. We all have busy schedule but we would like to find someone that likes to cook and enjoys to share a meal, a drink or movies.

CURRENT FLATMATES:

Beatrice: Italian 34y, works as a nurse and midwife. Vegan, loves gardening and long walks in nature.
As she works for NHS= long shifts, working over we and nights as well.

Kieran 39y, works in the city, WFH on Fridays. Up for drinks or movies any time.

Darren 39y, works in the city as head of wine. Busy with work but always up for a drink or movie.

The room:

One double bedroom with en-suite, unfurnished with big built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bills are not included: 10£ internet, water around 30-40£ every 6 months, council tax 49£ and electricity variable depending on the season (75£ this year). We usually share cleaning products, toilet paper, usually plastic free
Cleaning rota is every week. Cleaner coming once a month paid by one of the flatmates.
