Small Double Room in Streatham Hill

Hi! We’re looking for a housemate to occupy a small double room in our house in Streatham Hill! Looking for someone to move in from the end of August. This is a short term rental as the landlords are selling the house next year.
The room is a bright, south facing room that comes furnished with a double bed, drawers, side table, desk and built in wardrobe/storage space. The room overlooks the street however it’s a very quiet residential road so no traffic noise! The rent is £800p/m which includes all bills!

Our house is a 4 bed semi-detached with a kitchen, upstairs bathroom, shared living room and large garden! It’s a short walk to both Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill train stations and close to Streatham High Road where there are regular buses to Brixton.

We’re looking for a housemate that’s ideally a young professional, aged 26-29, who’s sociable, fun and tidy and can move in as soon as possible! At the moment, we’re not looking to live with any couples.

Currently, there are 3 of us living here! We’re all 28 and working full time! We’re always up for a trip to the pub, going on walks and spending the evening watching the telly but also like having our own space as well! We also have a cat, so looking for someone who doesn’t mind pets!
