Looking for 1 person to fill my room as I’m moving out at the end of May. Huge double room with ensuite and loads of storage. Flat is a good size, fully furnished, with a massive garden. Just at the top of Brixton hill so 15 min walk to Streatham Hill station or 10 minute bus into Brixton or Clapham.

New housemate requirements pretty minimal but looking for someone laid back, quiet throughout the week, keeps the flat clean and tidy etc etc.

Flat tenancy ends in October so it’s a 4 month tenancy with the option to extend in October.
