-12 mins bus ride to Brixton and the Victoria line or 25 mins to Crystal Palace and the Overground
-Tooting Common 15 mins walk and 7 mins walk to the lovely Hillside Gardens

Costs:

-£815 per month including bills and council tax
-Deposit: 1 month's rent
-Open to Mon-Fri lets too (£450 per month including bills)

Would probably suit...:

-Someone working mainly in the office / not wfh most of the week
-Wants easy reach to Victoria (17mins) or London Bridge (fast trains in the morning 25mins)

Hello! I've recently moved into this flat and looking for a housemate (because hey, it's boring living alone!). I've been in London for a while and have quite a busy social life so not looking to be living in each others' pockets but nice to share a bottle of wine, watch a box set or occassionally head to the nearby Common for a coffee.
