Bright and airy double bedroom in a funky flat

Beautifully decorated double bedroom in a quirky, newly renovated flat in Streatham Hill.

Hi all,
I'm looking for someone to rent the second bedroom in my flat as my current flatmate is moving out. I am preferably looking for someone with similar interests (gigs, festivals, surfing, rugby) who is clean, wants to hang out, go to the pub and explore the local area while also having our own time and space.
I am looking for someone to move in at the end of June, but I can work around a slightly earlier or later move-in date if suited.
The flat is recently refurbished and has a large patio garden which is shared with the upstairs neighbours (also in their late 20s).
On street parking available (permit £10-20 per month depending on car). Space for a bike in the hallway of the flat, as well as bike lockers nearby.
15-minute walk to Balham station (Northern line).
6-minute walk to Streatham Hill station with easy connections to central and Clapham Junction, as well as a quick bus ride to Brixton Station (Victoria Line).
Tooting Bec common is on the doorstep, and the flat is a 2-minute walk from very good coffee shops.
I work in a school during the week, so plenty of room for someone to work from home, there is a large table with a desk chair in the communal space. Alternatively, there is a spare desk that can be placed in the bedroom.
Please note the current wardrobe and chest of drawers will not be included however, there will be a bed, tv, large open wardrobe, bedside table plus a desk and chair if needed.
Happy for the new occupier to decorate the room however they wish!
