Double room in spacious family home Streatham Hill

We're looking for a female lodger for this fabulous double room in a spacious, comfortable detached 6 bed house with large garden, backing onto the lovely green wide open space of Tooting Common.

The room comes with with a comfy double size bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers. Rent includes all bills including council tax and wifi and a cleaner who comes once a fortnight. .

You have access to numerous rooms and amenities including a shared bathroom (with one other), kitchen, utility room and a reception room downstairs.

We are looking for a female professional who is neat and tidy and does not WFH.

We are a working professional couple. late 50s, early 60s with 2 grown up children who have left home. We have also have a small friendly dog, a miniature schnauzer called.

Parking requires a permit but we have excellent transport links, Streatham Hill station is a 10 minute walk, Balham tube and underground 15 minutes walk or 5 minute bus ride, both areas have an array of shops, bars and restaurants.
