You will have a large double bedroom in this spacious flat, and the first floor including kitchen, bathroom and living room entirely to yourself. The room upstairs has other tenants but with their own amenities. Note: access to upstairs is via the same staircase on first floor of house.
Bills are included (gas, electric, water, council tax, WiFi).
Move in date can be flexible. Last day of rent is Sunday 28th July.
