Double room in nice flat

Looking for someone to take my double room in this lovely flat in Streatham Hill, to share with a friendly Italian teacher.

The flat is on a quiet street off Streatham High Road, a stone's thrown from Streatham Hill Station, and is split over three levels with this bedroom in a nice spot on the top floor.

The flat has a nice kitchen, a bathroom with a great shower, and a really spacious lounge. We only moved here in May so still in the process of buying more furniture. I'm only leaving as I'm leaving London for a new job elsewhere.

There is *loads* of storage space: one space under the eaves on the landing just outside the bedroom, and a similar space inside the bedroom itself.
