Looking for a girl of a similar age to take my spacious double room in our 4 bed, 3 bath home in Streatham Hill.

You would be sharing with 3 girls in their late 20’s, who all work a mix of in office and from home.

This is a terraced house on a quiet street, just a minutes walk to the nearest supermarkets, and Streatham Hill train station just across the road.

Private garden, separate living room and kitchen with large dining table and a newly renovated bathroom.

A really friendly group of girls and a very helpful private landlord who can swap in a new tenant easily.

The room will be available from around the 17th July.
