Large furnished double room

I am a live in landlord with a spare large double room in a three bed flat. The spare room has a desk to WFH if sometimes required. I don't wfh often but will on occasion, so this is currently shared. The lounge /kitchen is on the top floor with lovely views and sunsets!

This room would suit an individual or couple as there is enough storage space in the room for two.

My partner is often at the flat at weekends. I work Monday - Friday and usually have some weekday and weekend plans. I'm looking for someone(s) who are friendly, work full time and would be looking for a shorter term let, rather than annual.

The flat has a lounge/kitchen with a seat area, sofa area and the kitchen with table. There is a shared bathroom with a bath and shower and the spare room with a desk and sofa bed in.

All bills and household cleaning items are included in the price.
