Bright and Welcoming Double Room in Streatham Hill

Hi! My name’s Laurence. I’m advertising my double room in a 4-bed duplex flat, where I’ve lived for the past year. It’s got space for all the essentials and comes furnished with a bed, mattress, bedside table, and ample storage for clothes. I work from home a few days a week and found it perfect. The room overlooks our peaceful communal gardens – a lovely view to wake up to!

The flat features a spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms – one with a shower and the other just a toilet. We also follow a cleaning rota to keep things tidy.

You’ll be living with three flatmates: Vik, an actor, and Fin, a bartender, who are both lovely guys. They enjoy going to the cinema, concerts, and grabbing drinks. Michael, our third flatmate, is soon moving in with his partner.

I’ve lived in Streatham for about 5 years and absolutely love it. There’s a beautiful common nearby, plus cafes, a cinema, and some great bars and pubs. Balham, Brixton, and Clapham are all a short bus ride away with plenty to explore.

Transport links are excellent. Brixton station is a 10-minute bus ride away, and Streatham Hill railway station is just 5 minutes away, with direct trains to London Bridge and Victoria.

The deposit for the room is £831, and rent is £830 per month, which includes all bills. There’s also a £75 admin fee, the estate agents require.
