Spacious Double Bedroom in Streatham Hill

Hi All,

I will be moving out soonish with my partner and I'm looking to have someone take my room.

My name’s Michael. I’m advertising my double room in a 4-bed duplex flat, where I’ve lived for the past 2-3 years.

It’s got space for all the essentials and comes furnished with a bed, mattress, bedside table, and ample storage for clothes.

The flat features a spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms – one with a shower and the other just a toilet. We also follow a cleaning rota to keep things tidy.

You’ll be living with three flatmates: Fin, a bartender and Vik, an actor, who are both very sociable and easy going..

Laurence, our third flatmate, is soon moving out so you may miss him.

Transport links are excellent. Brixton station is a 10-minute bus ride away, and Streatham Hill railway station is just 5 minutes away, with direct trains to London Bridge and Victoria.

The deposit for the room is £831, and rent is £860 per month, which includes all bills. There’s also a £75 admin fee, the estate agents require.
