Double room in garden flat

We are looking for a new housemate to join Megan and Laoise from the 31st August. Megan is English, 31 and a primary school teacher and Laoise is Irish, 26 and an account. We would love for another sociable, clean and respectful person.

The room available is a small double room, furniture included is listed below. Bills are additional to the rent. The flat has a large garden and location is very close to Streatham hill station with easy transport links into London. Opportunity to work from home as there is space in the kitchen/lounge for a desk. Only one housemate works from home on a Friday.

The landlord has just renewed the tenancy for another year from the 31st August but short term lets are also considered. If you'd like to come view the room please drop us a message telling us a little bit more about yourself and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Ideally we'd like someone to move in on the 31st Aug or 1st of sept.

Deposit is £700 and bills are not included in the rent price. Bills are around £165 extra per month.
