Hiya!
We have a double bedroom available from February, furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, small bookcase and bedside table and mirrors. The current furniture belongs to a former flatmate and she is happy to sell it all for 150 pounds!
We all work quite a lot so we are not there a lot during the week, but we do get together for a meal and some Netflix when we can!
There is only one shared bathroom in the flat, but we have a washing machine and air fryer.
There is a small garden at the back, nice to relax there on a sunny day.
The bills amount to approximately £100 a month. (Council tax, energy, water and Wifi)
Sadly no pets allowed and the landlord may ask for a reference and a credit check.
We have great transport links to Central with trains to Victoria (Clapham Junction, Battersea park), London Bridge and Farringdon (Elephant and Castle, Blackfriars, Kings Cross). Brixton is also a 15 mins bus ride away. There is a Londis one corner away and a Sainbury’s, Tesco express, Coop and M&S all within a 10-minute walk. Brockwell park and Tooting Common are both close by, great for a walk, a run or a picnic!
