Four month sublet in Streatham Hill!

I’m going travelling between September 14th - January 1st which leaves a double room going spare for almost 4 months in my lovely flat in Streatham Hill!

Looking for someone who is laid back, social and clean who is looking for a furnished short term let. Age range of 25-35 :)

It's a gorgeous flat full of interesting quirks. Includes a joint kitchen and dining area with an oven and gas cooker. The living room has a Smart TV equipped with Freeview, Netflix, Apple TV and Prime. There’s one bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine.

Iona 25 works in Comms in the Civil Service, Alice 28 works in data analysis and Xanthe 29 also works in Comms. When everyone does happen to be home and wants to be social, we may eat together, watch TV, have a glass of wine ...it’s all very chill :)

Local area
Less than 3 mins walk to Streatham Hill train station Zone 3 (bedroom to platform-tried and tested).
17 mins by bus to Brixton tube station Zone 2 (Victoria line). Plus great bus links.

Right underneath the flat is a Co-op, there’s an M&S, Sainsbury’s and Tesco close by. Further into Streatham there’s also Lidl and a Tesco Extra.

There are lots of great restaurants, cafes, wine spots and pubs to enjoy. There are two gyms (Puregym and Fitness First) and it’s a 15 minute walk to Tooting Common.

Balham (20 mins via bus/one stop by train) and Tooting (25 mins via bus), is not far where the bars and restaurants keep on coming!
