I am looking for a professional, no students. Someone who enjoys an occasional wine, coffee or two and binge watch of a series. But equally keen for someone similar to myself that is independent and has their own thing going on.

I've recently purchased the flat and spent time modernising it and making it my own. I am seeking someone who shares values around cleanliness and respect of the space. Due to the nature of my role I need to work from home variably during the week. So am ideally seeking someone who does not wfh.
