Streatham is a vibrant up and coming area, with many cafes, pubs and supermarkets (Marks & Spencers, Aldi, Lidl) close as well as a number of excellent gyms (Virgin Active with pool, Pure Gym, Fitness First).

Ideally seeking a friendly professional female who wants a comfortable place to live and is happy to share a homely and tidy space.

You would be living with me a warm friendly 42 yo queer female professional that works in Battersea Power Station 3 days a week, working from home some Mondays & Fridays. I do travel for work occasionally too so you would sometimes have the place to yourself. Interests include theatre, good food & movies / thriller box sets / MAFS, Love is Blind.

General Bills are included in rent (Broadband, TV Streamers, Electricity, Gas, Council Tax etc)

Cleaner is an additional £25.50 once a fortnight and they change bedding, clean all areas thoroughly.
