Its a spacious one bed located very close to Streatham Hill station with direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge and frequent buses into Brixton. Balham is just a 15 minute walk away via Tooting Common which is nicely located at the end of the road. Streatham Hill high street is just around the corner with loads of amenities - several supermarkets, restaurants and bars, and a good gym.
