En-Suite Double Room in Streatham Hill

Hey! We are 4 young professionals aged 23-26 looking for another young professional to take a room in our house after our lovely housemate is leaving to move in with his girlfriend! Move in is 21st September.

The room is a fully furnished double bed with an en-suite in a beautiful three storey house in Streatham Hill. The house has a huge kitchen and dining room, with access to the garden (so perfect in summer). There's a very cosy living room, and there are two bathrooms with showers between the 5 of us. We are a 5 min walk to Streatham Hill station, a 10 min walk to Streatham station and a 20 min bus to Brixton. We also have a great local pub 2 mins away that we do the pub quiz at every Sunday.


You will be living with me, Tom (26, Architectural Designer) Fiona (24, Civil Servant), Ben (23, Accountant) and Ed (26, Urban Planner). We're looking for someone who is social and loves to hang out and chat at the end of the day, not just co-living alongside us. We're definitely not super clean freaks, but we're respectful of the communal spaces, so someone who feels the same is perfect. We are all left-wing leaning, so others with a similar mindset only, please! No TERFs and no Tories :)

The room is £850 a month not including bills. Council tax is £51 a month, gas&electric around £30 and wifi £9. We are only looking for other professionals due to council tax reasons! The landlord is really responsive with maintenance issues (e. g. the carpet on some floors will be replaced soon) so this house stays in great condition, which is fab!!
