Move in September 9th Room in Streatham Hill

**Move in September 9th, lease renew on October 1st**
Hi everyone! My flatmate is moving out to live with her partner so we have one furnished room available in our flat in Streatham Hill (SW2 3AX).

The flat:
The living room is very spacious and gets excellent lighting with a dining table and two couches.
The room comes with a bed and has a built in wardrobe.
It’s a four minute walk to streatham hill station and only a 10-15 minute bus ride to brixton station.

Rent and bills:
Rent for the smaller room is £600, and bills come to around £100 a month.
The landlord is asking for £4000 up front (split three ways) and he takes that off the monthly rent, which is why it is pretty low!

I’m a freelance actor, writer, teacher! I work from home quite a bit, teaching English online or doing self-tapes.
