It's a really nice area 2 mins walk to Streatham Hill Station (18min train to Victoria) and 5-10 mins to Tooting Bec Common Park. It's also 15 mins walk to Balham. Lots of direct buses nearby to Balham, Brixton, Clapham, Trafalgar Square etc.
