Double room is £950pm plus approx £150-190 bills (tv licence, water, electricity, internet, council tax) with your own beautiful spacious bathroom. Total amount would be up to approx £1200 on average a month (rent + bills).
You will also have access to the onsite gym, shared balcony concierge, bike storage, beautiful communal gardens and security.
The apartment is very spacious with modern kitchen, living room, large private balcony, modern appliances and artistic decor.
It's a really nice area 2 mins walk to Streatham Hill Station (18min train to Victoria) and 5-10 mins to Tooting Bec Common Park. It's also 15 mins walk to Balham. Lots of direct buses nearby to Balham, Brixton, Clapham, Trafalgar Square, Gipsy Hill, Crystal Palace etc.
I'm a 33 year old ambiverted female, relaxed, social science professional from UK working from home full time with the odd days in the office. Love to travel, brunches, reading, films, theatre.
