Hello,
Myself and one other house mate will sadly be leaving our beautiful house share right next to Streatham Hill station. Jack and Lyndsey will stay in the flat and are looking for 2 people to join them.
About the flat : it's a beautiful and spacious 4 bed flat with two ensuite bathrooms (so the 2 new people would share the main toilet and bathroom). It has a large open kitchen/dining room and living room. It's on the main road but is surprisingly quiet unless you have all the windows wide open. The rooms are really spacious and it's all very modern (no risk of mould during the winter).
Deposit is £967
About the flatmates : Jack is 26 and works in the Charity sector. Lyndsey is 31 and works in events. They get on very well and are looking for sociable people who will enjoy hanging out as a house, Sunday walks to Herne Hill market, watching a movie together etc etc.
If you think you would be a good fit, please get in touch :) Ideally looking for 2 females or 1 female and 1 male to keep a balance.
