Looking for a beautiful, massive and light-filled room in a friendly and cozy home in Streatham Hill? I’m subletting my dreamy space for 6 months (08/11/24-08/05/25) while I’m off on an adventure abroad!

About the Room:

My room is spacious and filled with natural light thanks to large, sunny windows! It’s fully furnished with a super comfy double bed, two desks (with two connecting monitors - perfect for working from home!), and plenty of storage for all your bits and bobs. The room is massive - with it’s own living area complete with sofabed and bean bag, and it’s own study area, it really is like it’s own oasis! The flat is spread across two floors, so it feels super roomy, and being on the top floor gives you peace and quiet like your very own mini-studio!

You'll also have access to a massive shared living room, complete with a projector for cozy movie nights, plus a fully-equipped kitchen to cook up all your fave meals. The space is warm, inviting, and has everything you need to feel right at home.

The Housemates:

You’ll be sharing the flat with three lovely, friendly housemates who are all laid-back and respectful. And, the best part? One of the housemates has the sweetest, most adorable cocker spaniel—he’s a proper lovebug and guaranteed to put a smile on your face every day!

Local Area:

Streatham Hill Station and Streatham Station are just a short walk away, giving you easy access to central London. There are so many fab local amenities, like cute cafes, boutique shops, and restaurants that are perfect for brunch dates or shopping trips. For nature lovers, Tooting Common is only a 10-minute stroll away, ideal for a breath of fresh air or a relaxing walk.

Buses are just around the corner and take you directly to Brixton and other nearby areas!

The Details:

6-month sublet only (November 8th to May 8th) while I’m traveling.

Rent includes all bills (including a bimonthly cleaner to keep things tidy!)

I’ll be leaving a few of my belongings in the room, so I’m looking for someone trustworthy, tidy, and responsible to enjoy this lovely space.
