Looking for a clean and tidy person to join me in this nice ground floor flat. I've lived here for two years and my current flatmate is moving out. Bills are c.£140-200p/m depending on the energy bill.

The room is a good size and holds a double bed and a desk with room to spare. The room will come with just the bed, but has a built in wardrobe for storage.
The flat has a good sized shared living room/kitchen area, with plenty of space for food and pots and pans. It also includes a washing machine and dishwasher, with a good sized fridge too (half the space is yours).
One shared bathroom.
We also have a garden with a deck area that is great in the summer for drying clothes.

The landlords are attentive and genuinely care about the place.

No smokers please. Looking for someone who likes to keep the place clean.

The flat is close to Streatham Hill station (with good links to Clapham Junction and Victoria). Easy bus links to Brixton and Tooting/Balham/Clapham mean you're not too far from the tube. Streatham station, with Thameslink, is a 15-20 minute walk away.
