Looking for someone to takeover my tenancy for a double bedroom, in a 4 bed house in Streatham, as I’m moving in with my partner.

It’s a great sized room for the price, with a large living room and kitchen, as well as a spare room downstairs (currently used to work from or dry washing). There’s a shared bathroom, and an extra toilet downstairs.
The room comes furnished with the bed frame, mattress, and wardrobe in the pictures.

It’s a gorgeous house with a back garden, 5 minute walk from Streatham Hill station and a 15-20 minute bus ride from Brixton.

Poppy, Giles, and Henry will be staying; all of whom like a chat and are working professionals, and hope to do more group drinks etc. in the near future.

Rent is £700 a month, with bills totalling around £125 - £150 usually.
Deposit will be £800 and there’s a £50 fee to change tenancy.
Aiming to have the tenancy taken over from 31st October!
