Double room in Streatham Hill

Looking for a girl of a similar age to take my spacious double room in our 4 bed, 3 bathroom (2 showers and a bath) home in Streatham Hill.

You would be sharing with 3 girls in their late 20’s, who all work a mix of in office and from home. A really friendly group of girls and a very helpful private landlord who can swap in a new tenant quickly and easily.

Big private garden, separate living room and kitchen with large dining table and a newly renovated bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and mattress, a big wardrobe and a chest of draws all included.

This is a lovely terraced house on a quiet street, just a minutes walk to the local bus stop with regular buses to Brixton, and less than a 5 minute walk to Streatham Hill train station. Nearby shops include Sainsbury's, M&S, and the Co-op.

Cheap rent of £740 per month. Bills aren't included but we split the bills between 4 people so they aren't that expensive (less than £100 per month usually).

The room will be available from around the 17th October, the date is slightly flexible as I am buying a house and waiting for my final move date.
