Subletting My Double Room for 5 Months (Nov 2024 - April 2025)
I'm going traveling and looking to sublet my cozy double room for 5 months from 20th November 2024 to 20th April 2025 (with some flexibility around dates if needed).
The room is in a fully furnished, two-story flat, just 3 minutes’ walk from Streatham Hill station. The flat has a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area, one bathroom, and a small office that you’re welcome to use for working from home or storage.
• Rent: £1,100 per month (before bills)
• Bills: Roughly £100 per month, though this can fluctuate in winter due to heating.
 
You’ll be sharing the flat with my friend Emily, a 27-year-old interior designer. She’s super friendly, sociable, and enjoys relaxed evenings with wine and Netflix. Emily works full-time in the office, so it’s generally pretty calm during the week.
This flat is our little sanctuary, so while we love socializing and having our friends round for dinner, it’s not a party house—after-parties and the like aren’t suitable.
