Double Room In Streatham Hill

I’m Holly. I'm a 34 year old music marketing manager, originally from Manchester, now living in sunny Streatham Hill. I love the usual things that most people our age in London enjoy: Seeing friends, pub gardens, going to gigs. My flatmate Gary is just as amazing.

We're very social people, often busy in the evenings but also love a good chill film eve together, clean, tidy & conscientious of other people's needs.

We're looking for a housemate for our flat, which is honestly my favourite place I've ever rented. I've lived here for over 4 years and absolutely love it.

1 room - £880 (bills included for Water, Elec, Gas, Council Tax & WIFI).
There will be an additional £25 charge for switching the names on the tenancy agreement.

Available from 21st November and people who can move on or around this date will be prioritised though an earlier move-in date can be negotiated. Our current lease is until 22nd June 2025.

The room is furnished with a king sized bed, double wardrobe, desk and chair. However, the shelves and small bedside table will be leaving with the outgoing tenant.

- 2 mins walk to Telford Avenue (it feels like every bus ends up here... 10 mins to Brixton)
- 5 min walk (2 min sprint!!) to Streatham Hill train station. Direct trains to London Bridge, Clapham Junction & Victoria.
- All the rooms are east facing, so we wake up to the sun
- HUGE private balcony (bigger than most people's gardens!) overlooking Streatham High Street (sunlight until 3/4pm-ish)
- huge communal rooftop, and gardens out the back (sunny from 2pm-ish until sunset)
- Sainsburys, M&S, a Dr's surgery, pharmacy, post office, wine bar, restaurants, great coffee place, and more, all within a 3 min walk
- Tooting Common & Brockwell park both 10-20 min walks away
- Private car park secured by electronic gates

Basically... the flat is really really great!
