Deposit may be required. The house originally came unfurnished. The current housemate is happy for you to buy the railings, curtains, bed frame, and desk but you will need to get a mattress.
Hope to do viewings on the 9th of October.
Unfortunately we cannot extend the lease in our house due to mortgage requirements on the landlord’s side. Looking for someone to take my housemate’s room for the remainder of the tenancy.
The house is close to both streatham hill, and tulse hill (thameslink) overground stations. The 159, and 133 buses are great links to central and run regularly, including at night.
