Located in Streatham Hill, the flat is well connected to public transport including a 10-15 min walk to both Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill stations. Brixton tube on the Victoria line is a 30 min walk and Clapham South tube on the northern line also a 30 min walk.

Flat comes fully furnished with all bills included at £1000/month. Deposit also £1000.

Bedroom Includes all furniture as shown in the photos; standard double-bed, 2 wardrobes and a small desk if needed.

Flat comes with sky superfast broadband and the living room is a great social space with a 65inch smart tv with Netflix / Now TV sport.

You will be sharing with myself, a 32-year-old male working for a pharmaceutical company. Working around 50/50 out the house and from home. Bit about myself - big into sport and play for a tennis and rugby club locally and also a regular with gym, hyrox (sadly one of those) and running. Regrettably a Southampton FC supporter. Also into music, gigs, festivals and pubs / restaurants with mates. Easy going, social flat mate looking to find someone who also has their own hobbies outside the flat and enjoys their own downtime from the London hustle.

Can leave flat with 1 month notice. Ideally looking for someone looking to stay for at least 6 months but happy to discuss shorter durations.
Lived with both guys and girls previously and open to living with anyone if the fit is right.
