Calm space in Streatham Hill

Please read carefully to make sure this is appropriate for you. We have a lovely room to rent in large yellow brick Victorian House in Streatham Hill. You will be sharing initially as a lodger with Live in landlords , not as a tenant. 2 other rooms are already occupied by an international asset manager and a gymnasium administrator/jujitsu practitioner. Both leading busy independent lives. Mutual consideration is very important. The Rooms are for individuals who may or may not know each other, the one available is a large double bedroom for a single person with loads of wardrobe space.
This will suit a serious professional who has to work in London for a period of time, preferably six months or more, but does not want to stay in a hotel or have the palava of renting somewhere and dealing with all the bills. In other words this is about practicality, not an opportunity to party or enliven your social life.
All bills TV and internet are included, we can provide bed linen if required
You will share a kitchen upstairs with the other two sharers, and eventually will have access to the enormous downstairs kitchen/living room & garden once landlords have completed re decorating
Streatham Hill has excellent bus routes to central, west and east London via Brixton (Victoria Line) & Clapham Common (Northern Line). Streatham Hill overground takes you to Victoria. A short walk to Tulse Hill overground takes you to the city
A bit about us...We are two old codgers, one male, (Italian, not chilled!) and one Female (English, ironic). We will be moving out but will continue to use the living room/dining room for work during the day which means you will always have someone to take in your parcels! When we leave another room with an en suite bathroom will become available
