I am moving out of my room mid November and am looking for someone to replace me in this lovely home in Streatham Hill.

🏡 Available November 11th (can be flexible a week after).
🏡 Contract is until September 1 with option for extending!
🏡Rent is £1020 monthly which is rent (887.50) and all bills. Council Tax Band D
🏡 Bond payment/deposit £775
🏡Room on offer is a large double room upstairs at back of the house which comes with your own private bathroom (such a treat).
🏡 Room is fully furnished with bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe.

About the area:

House is on a quiet street only short walk to Streatham hill road. Less than 5 min walk to Streatham Hill station on the southern service. Very well connected with bus routes and only a short bus ride to Brixton or Balham tube stations. 1km walk to tooting common and access to plenty of local cafe, food and wine spots.

About three flat mates:

A bit about us, we’re 2 girls and 1 boy looking for someone who will join our home and fit right into our lives rather than someone just looking for a room. Becky (28) works in PR, is a Harry Styles and F1 fanatic and will never say no to a mooch round the shops. Danica (24) works in mechanical engineering, also loves F1 and yearly ski trips and boogieing the night away at gigs. Wes (26) works in aerospace engineering, also love skiing down the slopes and sometimes attempts marathons. As a house we love going to concerts, hosting board games and wine nights. We’re really carefree and goof around with one another and we want someone to match our vibe. Not a party house as we all love to relax etc whenever we’d like, but always up for drinks after work or weekends exploring London! Equally happy to just do our own thing too.
