The flat is in Streatham Hill area so within walking distant of Streatham Hill station where you can get a train less than 20 minutes into Central London (London Bridge and Victoria) and other destination include Crystal Palace, Croydon, Kingston etc. A one stop 5 minutes into Balham where you get Northern Line underground too. Brixton is just 12 minutes on any one of the plenty buses 109, 250, 159, 333, etc. It is withhin close proximity of St. Georges Hospital and Kings College Hospital also so medical staff are welcome to apply to rent. I take care of my own tenants so no admin fees whatsoever. The flat has an open plan fitted kitchen/dining/living, a bathroom with plenty of storages with a double bedroom. It comes furnithsed with sofa, ottoman style bed, sliding wardrobe, desk and chair. We have a front court yard garden with for shared car bicycle parking. You can rent the flat with or without bills.
