The flatmates ~

Three girlies, we’re 24/25. Myself a working professional, Sara a recent grad in hospitality currently & Emilia who’s just started studying. We want the flat to be homely for us all so looking for someone who also wants that rather than just a room to stay in 🫶🏽

Background checks done by the letting agent - need employer and letting references, bank statements, proof of identity (quite an in-depth and lengthy process just to be aware of)

No smoking inside the flat but on the terrace is no issue
