Lovely sunny room to rent 🌞

Hello!

I am sadly needing to move out of this lovely house as I need to move closer to work. You would be living with Amber - a 31 year old professional working in the creative industry, and Chris (software engineer and music teacher) who has also just moved in :)

They are both looking to fill the third room (short term also available) so to ease the burden of looking I’m looking for someone to take over my room! I moved in last year, and we are now really good friends, I can’t speak highly enough of the house!

The house is located at the top of Brixton Hill - a 5 min walk from Streatham Hill station and 15-20 minute bus ride to Brixton Station.

The room is a spacious double, with two huge windows, a fireplace and high ceilings. Room is furnished, including a large cupboard to store clothes etc . I’m also open to leaving the desk chair here.

The flat has hard wood flooring, and loads of natural light.

We have private access to a nice big garden that has a seating area and decking as well as vegetable beds, if you're an avid gardener, they're all yours!

Rent is 950 PCM with no deposit required.

Bills are not included but come to around 150 each per month. (this includes internet, gas, electric, water & council tax)

We are looking for someone friendly and respectful to join the flat, and someone who’s would be up for the odd wine, watching trashy TV, or catching up in the evening over dinner! But also appreciates their own space etc.

The house is fully furnished and we have everything you will need in the kitchen, so please be aware we don't have a lot of space for lots of other stuff.

We have a very cute cat named Jerry in the property (Amber’s cat).

Property features: Washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer, slow cooker, coffee machine and ice bath in the garden.
