There’s plenty of space for a desk too, so perfect for anyone working from home!

The house is a 5 min walk away from Tooting Bec Common. It’s an amazing spot during the summer for drinks, picnics, walks and sport.

Co-op, Tesco, M&S, Sainsburys Local, 24/7 Londis and lots of great independent cafes, shops, charity shops, food outlets, bars and coffee shops, are less than a 5 min walk away. We have a Lidl on the high street which is a 15 minute walk away.

A bit about us: I’m a 31-year-old freelance professional who runs my own stained glass business. I’m passionate about health, spirituality, and spending time in nature — I love weekend hikes and adventures. My housemate Devina, who’s 34, works as an operations manager. She enjoys gardening, museums, exhibitions, reading, the outdoors, hiking and sampling London’s many restaurants!

We’re both really friendly and we also value our space and privacy. We enjoy a calm, peaceful home environment so we’re looking for someone who also enjoys a chilled and relaxed space! We’d love to find someone who is fun, friendly, considerate, tidy, clean, and wants to make this house a home!
