I’m moving out of London and looking for someone to move into my lovely room in Streatham Hill from late November/early December (exact dates we can discuss based on what works for you!). The house is an amazing size, and while my room is the smallest it comes with the cheapest rent at £740pcm + bills.

This room shares a shower with one other housemate, but does have its own toilet (not an en-suite).

The house has really good transport options: you can walk to Balham, can get to central really easily from a regular bus, and also has super speedy bus routes to Clapham and Brixton.
