Double room available in four bedroom flat

Hey! We're a flat of (currently) three girls in their twenties, looking for a fourth flatmate to take a double room. We originally met on SpareRoom back in January and have become close friends since. Our flatmate, Camille, is sadly leaving due to personal issues so we're looking for a new person, preferably someone around mid-20's to move in as soon as possible.
A bit about us:
Sara (25, Norwegian)- I recently graduated uni with an English Lit degree, and am currently working full-time as a bartender. I'm a very creative person, and enjoy writing, reading, crocheting, drawing etc.
Emilia (24, Bulgarian)- I am in my first year of uni, studying digital marketing, and working full-time as a bartender beside. In my free time I enjoy drawing, watching films, going out.
Taylor (25, Irish)- I am a psychology graduate working as a a mental health professional at various schools. I spend a lot of my free time creatively: drawing, painting, making ceramics.
We're all from different countries, so very open to all backgrounds, languages, etc. Two of us (Sara and Taylor) are part of the LGBTQ+ community, so we're open to any sexuality, gender identity, etc. (Open minded people are a must.)
We like to spend time together, watching films in the living room and going out to pubs, so we're looking for someone who wants to live in an environment where we're friends as well as flatmates.

Location
Streatham Hill, 2 minutes walk to Streatham train station, around 10 minutes by bus to Brixton Station (Victoria Line)
The flat is on the high street with plenty of access to shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

Background checks will be done through the letting agency (dexters). You'll need to supply employer and letting references, proof of identity and bank statements.
