Looking for a new flatmate in streatham hill

We’re looking for a flatmate to live in from February 2025. It’s a single bedroom and furnished. My flatmate and I share the toilet and the bathroom but they are separated. We share the communal kitchen and the living room. It’s right infront of Streatham hill train station and 10 minutes away by bus from brixton station. The room is for around £850 in total including the bills.

I am 29 years old, working in a digital agency. I WFH three days a week. I’m social and like to do outdoor sports. My flatmate Pauline is 27yo and works in an art studio. She likes hiking and video games. We’re both easy going and flexible. But we like to keep our house clean and tidy!
