2 rooms in Streatham Hill

As we’re renewing our tenancy for 2025 we’re looking for two easy-going women to move into two spare rooms in our lovely 4-bed house in Streatham. The tenancy is until 13 January 2026.

The house:

The house has three floors with two bathrooms - one with a bath / shower, the other with a walk-in shower, along with a separate toilet downstairs. The bottom floor consists of a modern kitchen / dining space and a spacious living room that opens up to a sunny patio garden - complete with garden furniture. There’s lots of natural light and plenty of storage space in the house!

The house is 5 mins walk from Tooting Common, 20 mins walk to Balham tube and 8 mins to Streatham Hill Station.

The landlord is great and very responsive. Bills average around £110/20 each per month (naturally this varies depending on the season). Council tax band E.

Room 1:

The room is the largest in the house and is furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedside table, two wardrobes and one chest of drawers. The room is very bright and looks out onto a quiet residential road.

The room is single occupancy for a full-time working professional. Deposit and references are required. Rent is £875 pcm.

Room 2:

The room is on the top floor and is furnished with a small double bed, mattress, bedside table, built-in wardrobe and one chest of drawers. This room is also very bright and looks out onto the same quiet residential road.

The room is single occupancy for a full-time working professional. Deposit and references are required. Rent is £775 pcm.

The housemates:

You’d be moving in with two current housemates - Maisie and Tabby (27-28). We’re social, easy-going, enjoy an evening hanging out in the living room together, as well as being very clean and respectful, so we’re looking for someone like-minded and friendly! We both work hybrid so typically at least one of us will be around!
