🌞 Secondary glazing on all windows (except in the bathroom) means that the flat is calm and quiet
🧥 Cupboard space in hallway for coats and linens
🚶♀️ No lift (the flat is on the third floor)
🗑️ Bins for collection (including recycling and compost) are located in outdoor sheds (usually taken out once a week)
🌿 Beautiful communal gardens (ideal for summer picnics)

🪑 Furnishings • double bed, double mattress, bedside table, bedside lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, curtains, rug & bin
💼 As there isn’t room for a desk, it would suit someone who doesn’t primarily work from home

🔌 Electric radiator (with digital settings and handheld remote) instead of mains heating

🛁 No bath, but spacious and modern shower
🚿 The shower has a pump (for optimum water pressure) which makes a noise and so there is an agreement with the downstairs neighbours that the shower will not be used after 11.30pm
🧖♀️ The heated towel rail is temperamental
(it doesn’t have a switch to control it, and is sometimes on and sometimes off)
