I am looking for a very short-term lodger for 1 to 3 weeks as my current lodger is moving out and my new lodger is moving in at the end of January.

Furnished spacious double room with en-suite bathroom for 1 person in beautiful new-build 5 bed family home in a small private road with private free parking and excellent transport links.

Shared kitchen, utility room, lounge area and garden.

Bills included (council tax, management fees, water, electric, gas, broadband, TV licence) and household consumables (toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products etc). Cleaner for shared household areas also included.

Deposit is £100. Rent to be paid in advance weekly. Minimum stay is 1 week and maximum stay is 3 weeks.

The house is in Streatham Hill, 1 minute walk from multiple buses, 7 minute walk to Streatham Hill Station, 10 minute bus ride from Brixton or Clapham Common Tube stations - excellent transport links.

This is a friendly household and a ***family household 70% of the time*** - the home owner is resident and works as an A&E doctor. My partner stays over some days

I am open for discussion on having pets including small, child friendly, house-trained dogs.

This room would suit a mature student or professional. References essential.
